Walnut, Coconut & Honey Bliss Balls

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup choice of nuts (I'd suggest walnuts)
- 1 heaped tbsp honey
- 2 heaped tsp raw cacao powder
- Blend all ingredients together (if the mixture is too dry add a little water or more honey)
- Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill
- Roll into balls with your hands
- Roll the balls in shredded coconut (optional) & voilĂ !
