Walnut, Coconut & Honey Bliss Balls

Delicious walnut & honey bliss balls to fuel you during the day! Enjoy them any time of the day, for a little pick me up!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup choice of nuts (I'd suggest walnuts)
  • 1 heaped tbsp honey
  • 2 heaped tsp raw cacao powder
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together (if the mixture is too dry add a little water or more honey)
  2. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill
  3. Roll into balls with your hands
  4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut (optional) & voilĂ !
