Creamy Avocado Ricotta Pasta

3-ingredient sauce ideal for pasta and other dishes. Best served warm while it's still creamy and delicious.
Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tub ricotta (about 250g)
  • ½ cup milk
  • Pepper and salt to taste (I add a lot of pepper usually)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender, or bowl, and mix together until it is combined and has a silky texture
  2. Add more milk depending on your thickness preference
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste (I added a lot of pepper)
